Year 6- London Trip

In January 2026, our first ‘London in a Day’ trip took place. We went down to London on the train, experienced the tube, hustle and bustle of a city, museums, atmosphere and then a visit to the Houses of Parliament where we saw live and topical debate in the Houses of lords and the Houses of Commons. We learnt about how Parliament works, how to change decision making and how important is it to have our voice heard when in a democracy. We thoroughly enjoyed the whole day – and loved seeing the London landmarks too.
