Design Technology in Year 6-Air Raid Shelters

Year 6 designed and made air raid shelters as part of their World War II topic. They needed to consider how they could strengthen their shelter in case it suffered a direct hit. They tested their shelters by dropping a heavy bowling ball directly onto each shelter.
